Leather Care Co. is not responsible for damages, color bleeding, color change, and shrinkage that occur in products that cannot endure the normal cleaning procedure either due to their age, wear and tear, or inherent defects in the weaving or texture of the material.
Care and Caution:
While all products are handled with utmost care and caution at Leather Care Co., due to the different chemical and physical properties of leather, not all products may come out well, and certain stains or spots may not be fully removable. Our services will be fully chargeable in such instances.
Non-Refundable Services:
All services provided by Leather Care Co. are 100% non-refundable. Once the work is performed, it cannot be undone or returned to its original state.
Changes in Appearance:
The product may not retain its exact original look and color after the normal cleaning procedure, for which Leather Care Co. holds no responsibility.
Natural Characteristics:
Scars, veins, tic, natural spots, marks, etc., may become more prominent after cleaning, and Leather Care Co. does not accept responsibility for these natural characteristics of the material.
Pre-Existing Stains and Damages:
Leather Care Co. is not responsible for pre-existing stains and damages that cannot be removed.
Article Condition:
Leather Care Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any item that is deemed unfit for cleaning or restoration.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are advised to remove any valuable or sentimental items from the articles before submitting them for cleaning or restoration. Leather Care Co. is not responsible for any loss of such items during the process.
